When visiting and using the website www.b2bridge.eu (hereafter called the portal) the user agrees with all of the terms and conditions listed here.

Registered and unregistered users

Users that do not register are called unregistered users. Unregistered users are free to browse through the pages that are accessible from the homepage via a standard browser.

Registered users have to pass through the registration procedure provided by the portal. After login, registered users are free to browse through the pages that are accessible from the homepage via a standard browser that accepts coockies. They also have the possibility to comment on some of the information provided by the portal.

The user agrees that the portal can temporarily or definitely ban the user at any moment, without prior notice and without explanation. In that case, the user has lost every right to browse through pages and information of this website.

Privacy

The user agrees that the portal tracks the url and IP address from the user, and the visited pages. When registering, the user agrees that the portal stores all coordinates and professional data (hereafter called user data) in a database for identification, for informing the user on the status of the portal, and for promotional use by the portal.

When checking the box "accept e-mail", the user also agrees to receive all kinds of e-mails from other users of the portal -- the portal distantiates itself from all the statements and ideas that are expressed by users in their e-mails to other users.

When entering professional data in the registration form or on the user page, the user understands and agrees that other users have access to this information and that the portal cannot be held responsible for the misuse of that information.

The portal does not transfer the user data to any third party. Users can change their own user data themselves via the portal. The portal provides a basic security infrastructure that prevents users to change or delete user data from other users, but the portal cannot guarantee the privacy of the user data against attacks by professional hackers.

Correct user identification

Registered users always provide the portal with their full name and address data. Registered users shall always enter their right and correct user data, so that they do not misinform their colleagues on their identity. That's why we also kindly ask to choose your user name as a composition of your first name and surname.

Commenting

When providing comments or any other kind of information to the portal, the user shall always use a professional language and refrain from providing any political, religious or ideological statement. In any case, the user remains liable for the contents and ideas of all the comments and information he provided to the portal.

English

The user accepts that all communication on the portal is in English only, even when the national legislation of his country gives the user the right to demand otherwise.

Copyright

All texts and images on this website are copyright-protected by the portal or by third party copyright owners. The user has no right to duplicate any of the information that is provided by the portal, unless the user has obtained a written confirmation from the portal.

When providing information to the portal, the user claims that the information is free from copyright and the user protects the portal against any form of third-party liability.
